  We have our Obsessive Support Engineers available through chat to resolve your IT issues. After clicking on the Chat icon to the left you will be directed into a ChatAssist session and prompted for your name, email address, and summary of your issue. Click the Start Chatting link to get connected immediately.

  This is the main number to the Premier Support line. A Support Analyst will enter detailed information regarding your support request. At which point you will receive a call back within 30 minutes of receipt. If onsite service is required, we will notify your organization’s point of contact and dispatch an engineer to resolve the issue.

  This is the fastest method for creating a service ticket. Email sent to this address automatically creates a service ticket in the premier system and is immediately routed to the most appropriate engineer, who will call or email you back within 30 minutes of receipt.

Our helpdesk phone hours are from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Outside of these hours our phone system will take your message and you will be contacted within 2 hours
